InsightDash does not hold SOC 2, ISO 27001, or any other third-party security certification, and we will not claim one we have not earned. Everything described on this page is what we actually do today. If your business requires a certified vendor, email support@insightdash.xyz and we will tell you honestly where we stand.

Our Security Practices
Automated Security Scanning
Database access rules and dependencies are scanned automatically, and findings are reviewed and fixed before release. We have not commissioned a third-party penetration test.
Vulnerability Management
Continuous vulnerability scanning and rapid patching of identified issues
Small, Accountable Team
Access to production data is limited to the founder and is used only to support your account
Incident Response
If your data is affected by a security incident, we will email you within 72 hours of confirming it
Disaster Recovery
Automated daily database backups handled by our managed hosting provider
Data Handling
- Data Retention: You control your data. Delete at any time, and we purge all copies within 30 days.
